About Scaled Purpose
Scaled Purpose is an agency driven to scale the social and environmental impact of social purpose organizations. We work with nonprofits, social enterprises, academic institutions, and businesses to develop strategic plans and business models, conduct research & analysis to advance emerging opportunities, and mobilize resources to scale impact. Currently we are working on projects with Mount Royal University, REEP Green Solutions, and Wilfrid Laurier University. Our services include:
Strategy & Design: Support strategic planning, business planning, and the development of alternative revenue models through market analysis & systems mapping, directed interviews, group facilitation, and partnership development.
Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research & analysis into high potential ideas to advance knowledge and programs.. We focus our research on those questions that can unlock social innovation, such as our current projects in crowdfunding within credit unions, and advancing the ubiquity of alternative governance models like BCorp, hybrid organizations, and co-ops.
Resource Mobilization: Mobilize human, capital, and network resources towards high impact change projects that utilize traditional approaches of fundraising and corporate sponsorship alongside social finance, and strategic partnership building. We look to directly contribute to the implementation of these partnerships through on-the-ground support and leadership.
